However, it is worth knowing that we are used mostly between Budapest and Vienna Airport during a trip to Sarajevo, as the flight time is much shorter and the price is cheaper than a full-day private transfer. Can I get the offer or an estimated price for my trip?

Availability and the final price depend on date of your trip. With pleasure we send you an offer, but not earlier than 2 months within your planned departure date and knowing all information which is needed. The reason is that we can not forecast the fares so much time in advance (toll fee, costs of fuel, parking fee, exchange rate, etc). Due to pedestrian zones (car-free zones) and parking fees, we need exact address (city + name and number of the street or name of the hotel) with the exact travel date. We can send accurate and hidden cost-free offer, but we need the exact travel details.

According to our policy we can send you the offer only, if an exact destination and travel time is given. Important to know that we are not a travel agency. With over 10 years of experience, we recommend that you first select the destination and date, then book your accommodation and only after ask for a quotation to avoid misunderstandings. Do you have airport transfer between Budapest and neighbourhood countries?

We have long-distance transfers only, so yes is possible between Budapest and Vienna Airport, Bratislava Airport or Zagreb Airport. In case you like travel to an airport which is far, we recommend to travel one day prior in order to avoid being late and miss your flight.

Is it a problem, if the pick-up place is not in Budapest?

Not problem. Accommodation of the driver will be covered always by the company, so not an extra costs for the customers.

Can we stop for lunch or to see other places along the way?

Yes, of course and the costs will vary depending upon distances and waiting times.

Is the driver staying in the vehicle when we stop for lunch or we explore a place on the way?

He always stays in the vehicle during your excursion and wait for you at each stop. The drivers task is, apart from driving to take care of all your staff left behind in the car during sightseeing. Should you leave the car for a tour, you can leave luggage inside the car and we take responsibility for highest security of your belongings.

In case of an excursions how long is the travel time and how long is the real excursion?

The given duration for the excursion means the real timing for excursion (sightseeing, lunch.. etc) starting from the stopping time.

What is the safety policy when we travel by car?

Safety belt is mandatory for everyone in the vehicle all around Europe. Children must use child seat or booster seat under 1.35 meter. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.

How much luggage can I take with me?

Each passenger has an allowance of 1 big suitcase and 1 hand luggage without any weight limit. We don't charge extra large luggage, if notified to us in advance when making your reservation. It is your responsibilty to let us know well in advance.

Can you confirm the type of vehicle that will be used?

We have a modern fleet of vehicles consists of European cars (Volkswagen, Ford, Citroen, Mercedes) and trailers. All vehicles we operate are in very good condition, having service check every 2 weeks. The exact type of vehicle we can give you only 48 hours before the travel day as each vehicle run minimum 150.000 km a year and need a lot of maintenance.

Does the company have early morning and late night service?

We have neither night nor early morning service. The reason for this is that we pay attention to the drivers' exact working hours and health.

How can I find my chauffeur?

The driver will wait at the location specified in the confirmation voucher and he will show you the invoice with your name on it, to recognise the company.

- Airport / At the terminal main entrance with a A4 format plate (with the passenger’s name on it)

Do drivers speak foreign-languages and how safe are they driving?

Our drivers are not native English speakers, but all of them have at least intermediate knowledge of English, so you can easily communicate with them. They drive safe, not exceeding speed limit.

- Speed limit for the vehicle till 9 pax: 130 km / hour on highways, 90 km / hour other roads, 50 km / hour in cities or villages

- Speed limit for the bus category above 9 pax: 110 km / hour on highways, 70 km / hour other roads, 50 km / hour in cities or villages

Do you have insurance?

We have full public liability insurance in the case of accidents. We do, however, recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip.

Will my driver take me to the hotel?

Yes, all our transfers are door-to-door (No need taxi or extra walking).

Our drivers are self-employed. Self employed drivers in Hungary can provide services and issue invoices only to private individuals. Issue corporate invoices with company name and address is therefore not possible. We provide the booking services to users for free (free offer and free administration) and the user only pays the driver for the transportation service.

How can I book the private transportation?

By cash or by PayPal. For orders where a pick-up location is outside of Budapest, the company may request a deposit to be paid via PayPal for the selected vehicles, trips and orders for larger groups. If the trip starts more than 7 days later, we can also request a deposit.

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tipping is regarded as a sign of good service in Central Europe, if you decide not to tip then no-one will think any less of you. Gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not a requirement. However, if you're extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).

I found a cheaper price. Can you give me discount?

Chances are there is something wrong with it. Probably did not include all the taxes or liability insurance, parking fees, tolls, fuel, chauffeur wage or maybe the vehicle is old. We take care of each customer and driver as well. Unfortunately, other companies do not pay the accommodation for the chauffeur and sleep in the vehicle. These companies also do not pay for the vehicle maintenance. There are more and more illegal companies in this industry. Be very careful and plan your trip wisely.

How can I cancel my reservation?

All cancellation needs to be forwarded in written to us.
- Cash on the spot / We do not charge any penalty fee till 1 day prior, however we kindly ask you to book only in case your travel in 100% sure. We recommend that you book as early as you can. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation

What happens if I do not cancel the reservation in writing and I am not at the place of departure?

We are group of four people and have a lot of luggage. Will they fit into a car?

In case you think the offered vehicle is too small for your luggages, it is better to book a bigger vehicle. This is your own responsibility, as we do not know how many luggages you plan to carry with you. We have experienced that in every country medium and large luggages mean something different. It is worth knowing that we use vehicles with the largest space for the comfort of our passengers. If you order a 20 seater minibus or more, we provide a trailer for free of charge.

Can I order a transfer between Budapest city center and Airport?

No. We do not have taxi service between Budapest old town and airport, port, railway station or bus station. We have long-distance transfers and private tours only. We recommend you the official yellow taxi or the 100E airport shuttle bus in Budapest (blue color, public bus). This airport shuttle bus departs from Deák Ferenc square and will return here. Also, if you want to get somewhere within Budapest, you should use the yellow color taxis.

Do you provide cheaper shared shuttle transport between countries?

We do not have such a service because we want to maintain the quality of our services. The given word is important to us and unfortunately most websites that offer shared shuttle services do not always appear on the pick-up place on the day of the trip. Because it is good to know that a long-distance transfer cannot be carried out for a few tens of euros. It's a good idea to think about these before you travel, because the cheaper one can be much more expensive if you can't travel to your desired destination on time.

Can I take my pet with me when I travel?

We will study your request and carefully assess whether the carriage of your pet is possible or not. Please bear in mind that animals always need to be safely placed in an appropriate animal transport box (except for guide dogs) and can never travel alone. It is worth knowing that in the European Union, animals also need a travel document.

I am travelling with a baby, do you have a seat for it?

This is not a problem, we can provide a baby seat or booster seat free of charge. Please provide information on the number of children and their ages at the time of booking. This is your own responsibility, as we do not know their age.

I am disabled. Can I travel with a wheelchair?

A wheelchair can be transported free of charge, if notified to us in advance when making your reservation.

Is it allowed to smoke, eat and drink in the vehicle?

Sometimes we have more transfers in one day, so it is forbidden to smoke and eat in the vehicle. Only mineral water can be consumed. In case you would like to smoke or eat, please signal to the driver and during a short stoppage, it is possible to do this outside the vehicle.

What happens if my driver is delayed?

By the last 10 years experience we had, it happened maximum 3 times that we were late 10 - 15 minutes. In this case we call you right away, it is not neccessary to ring us. Should the driver be late more than 5 minutes and we did not call you, please call further emergency number, provided on your booking confirmation and our dispatcher will assist you immediately. All our vehicles are installed with a GPS tracking system. We can track our vehicles anytime, anywhere in Europe.

Can you recommend any other supplier instead of you?

No, in this case we can not help. We do not like to recommend any other company, because in case of any inconvenience we can have a bad reputation, but be careful if the prices are too low to be true. It is also important to know that in recent years there has been an increase in the number of websites offering various passenger transport services. In most cases, these websites are only intermediaries and do not have their own vehicles, so in the event of a problem, they may have legal problems if they choose these service providers. It is important to find out before traveling that the company in question is indeed a local service provider and that it really has own vehicle-fleet. If the name of the website does not include the name of the travel destination, then it is an intermediary and not a local company. If the headquarters of the service provider is not in the given country, then we should also be careful.

Are your transfers cheaper compared to travel by train, bus or plane?

Travelling long distances in Central-Eastern Europe with private transportation service is much better than train, bus or plane. The most significant benefit is the travel time, which is much shorter compared to the regular bus or train connection. Plus, with bus or train you need time and another form of transport to get to and from your address or hotel to your final destination, so if you travel by train or bus you will also have to add costs for getting to and from the train or station from your hotel. With our door-to-door transport, there are no other stops on the way unless you ask us to do so (for toilet, lunch, sightseeing.. etc). For example, if four person is travelling then the total price is around the same as travelling by bus or train. Generally for larger groups it might be cheaper travelling by private transfer. Last but not least, sometimes there is no direct connection by travelling train or bus and you are forced to wait long hours by changing the vehicles.

Can I use the service, when I'm sick?

You should wear a face covering when using our services. The driver may be entitled to refuse to accept you if you do not wear a face covering. Follow the advice of the driver. For example, you may be asked to sit in the back left-hand seat if travelling alone. Be aware of the surfaces you touch. Be careful not to touch your face. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or the inside of your elbow when coughing or sneezing.

How safe the service, after the Covid-19 pandemic?

There are antiseptic wipes and gels in the cars. Drivers thoroughly clean the cars after every trip. Vehicles undergo a complete disinfection every day. When possible, use private transportation and try to avoid public transportation as much as possible.

Do I have to print a copy of my booking confirmation?

You do not need to print your confirmation. All reservations are recorded in our system. The driver will also receive the booking details before the day of the journey.
